The powder feeding system is an important supporting equipment of the cladding system, and the powder feeding effect directly determines the quality of the cladding layer. The powder feeding system mainly includes four parts: the powder feeder, the transmission pipeline, the powder divider and the nozzle. Functions and features
1) Over and under voltage protection: when the output voltage exceeds the over and under voltage value of the voltage regulator, the equipment is automatically protected and there is no voltage output;
2) Overcurrent protection: when the current exceeds the rated value, the input is automatically cut off;
3) Limit protection: automatically terminate the adjustment when the brush runs over the area;
4) phase sequence protection: when the phase sequence error or phase loss can automatically protect, no voltage output;
5) Overload and short circuit protection: When the load exceeds the overload capacity or short circuit specified by the equipment, the power supply can be automatically cut off within the specified time;

1) The control system adopts Siemens PLC controller, which is used to control lasers, powder feeders, chillers and other equipment. Set up a touch screen operation panel to display the operating status and fault type of each equipment in the workstation.
2) Touch screen main console, with alarm information display function, and set the workstation three-color light to indicate the working status, and use the fault sound and light alarm. At the same time, it is provided with pause and emergency stop buttons, which are placed in a prominent position on the control panel. Protective gas, cooling unit and laser are equipped with fault alarm.
4) The control system has a safety protection function. After an emergency stop or collision, the teaching device can be directly operated to start the laser and each axis of the robot without manual release.
5) Electrical control box wires, other cable colors are clearly marked, such as 24V wires only correspond to one color, 220V, 380V and other wires should be different colors, easy to maintain and repair. Bus communication uses standard communication cables. The electrical and electronic devices used by the equipment should comply with IEC international standards.
